Audience: All Oregon builders who need to be aware of changes to the Oregon Residential Specialty Code

Instructor: Guy Sperb, retired Oregon Building Official

This course will cover the significant changes that have been made to the 2011 Edition of the Oregon Residential Specialty Code. All technical aspects of the code changes will be covered as well as additional information regarding changes to appendixes and other specialty codes

The new code, effective July 1, 2011, includes provisions for administration, structural, mechanical, energy, life-safety, wall bracing requirements and the applicable potions of the 2009 IRC and the Oregon amendments.
