Audience: All Oregon builders who need to be aware of changes to the Oregon Residential Specialty Code
This course focuses on the substantial changes recently made in the Wall Bracing code section. You will learn the requirements and practical paths to demonstrate compliance to the code. The new code, effective July 1, 2011, includes provisions for administration, structural, mechanical, energy, life-safety, wall bracing requirements and the applicable potions of the 2009 IRC and the Oregon amendments.
