Residential Construction Law covers Contractual Provisions, Indemnity Law and Legislative Changes in Oregon relating to construction.
This course is presented by several attorneys from the Construction and Design Team of Dunn Carney Allen Higgins & Tongue LLP. It provides an overview of the specific contractual provisions of which contractors should be aware; an clear and comprehensible explanation of indemnity law and additional insured provisions; and information on the latest construction related legislation, including the new continuing education requirements for construction education in Oregon.
