This course will cover both the Structural/Mechanical/Energy and the Wall Bracing portions of the changes to the Oregon Residential Specialty Code which fulfills the 2011 ORSC Code Change requirements. The new code, effective July 1, 2011, includes provisions for administration, structural, mechanical, energy, life-safety, wall bracing requirements and the applicable portions of the 2009 IRC and the Oregon amendments.
